It is our duty to protect this planet and one of the easiest ways to do this is by saying no to single-use plastics. In the U.S alone up to 500 million single-use plastic straws are used daily. These straws are small and lightweight and as such often evade recycling efforts. We are incredibly passionate about uplifting our local community and strive to reduce the amount of single-use plastic in our ecosystem. South Africa is a developing country, however we believe that development should not come at the expense of the environment. We advocate for responsible development which will ensure environmental sustainability for generations to come. In the near future we aim to donate a percentage of our profits to environmental protection agencies. We sell 100% reusable and biodegradable bamboo straws.
