Comm, Ll.B and Ll.M, Wits EDP & Executive Negotiator Courses, diplomas in Marketing and Industrial Relations).After 15 years with Rennies he has acted as a specialist consultant in travel & tourism for the past 14 years. He focuses on preventative/pro-active risk management i.e. indentifying the risk (areas of) each business & addressing it by inter alia drafting appropriate documents & training. The intention is to avoid the litigious route & to facilitate/mediate disputes, keep the business going - litigating is just too costly in many ways
